Shipping Policy & Prices

Shipping is available in the United States only, and all items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Free shipping on orders over $25.00. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days depending on product availability. The order cut off time is 12 pm EST.

Local shoppers may elect to pick up their items in Mulberry, IN. Choose the option “Customer Pickup” at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of an exchange or credit for future purchases. You may receive credit up to 14 days after the item has been purchased as long as it is returned in its original form. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return an item to receive a credit.

Returns

We issue store credit for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt, approval, and your store credit information. You will receive a store credit code for future purchases in this email as well.

Exchanges

Need a different size? If you would like to exchange instead, the best way to do so is to purchase your new/exchange item from shoprustichoney.com. This way we can get the item to you sooner before the item goes out of stock!

Then simply return your original purchase to the address below with the completed exchange form inside.

When we receive your exchange item, we will fully refund you for that original purchase.
